which is based on a modern machine park:

- lower consumption of steel, even to 13.000,00 kg / ha
- high production rate. We produce 110 pcs. trusses day and transport 300 pcs. prefabricated in a given volume of carrier.

The latest innovation, which was implemented in production at Hal-Spaw, This section trapezoidal (THS). In order to illustrate the advantages of the innovation introduced by us, test was performed consisting of three profiles compared:
- Rectangular (RHS 50x25x2)
- Trapezowy (THS 50×30/20x15x2)
- Trapezowy (THS 50×30/20×2)
The above-mentioned profiles were subjected to the following tests:
- Research bending factor
- Compressive strength
- The shape and shade
- Comparing the weight of each of the profiles
- As a result of the two test profiles THS have had satisfactory results.
Why just we decided to use the new? Our goal is to increase production economy, i.e. to reduce the weight of the entire structure, which guarantees us the use of trapezoidal profile, and directly connects to the steel is less. This is not the only advantage, It should also pay attention to the increasing strength of the structure, which is based on the profile of THS. It should be mentioned also, trapezoidal profile that does not require additional reinforcement. The most important advantage is the fact that for greenhouses, THS profile of the 30 × 30 / 20x15x2 lets 3,5% more sunlight, the profile of THS 50 × 30/20 × 2 until 6,8% more sunlight. summarizing, using a section of trapezoidal gain an advantage in terms of power and light but you can not forget about the cost.
8 -THS meter grid 50 × 30 / 20x15x2 saves 5,7% steel, whereas the 8-meter lattice THS 50 × 30/20 × 2 saves 6,5% steel.
Summing up both parameters, new product gains 13,3% advantage over design.
